Refund and Warranty Policy

We offer a 60-day return policy on physical product(s) purchased from this website. If you are not satisfied with the product, return it in resaleable condition within the time limit to our fulfillment company. The address is Speaker Fulfillment Services, 2001 North Hunt Street, Terre Haute, IN 47805, USA. This should be the same as the return address on your shipping box. DO NOT return it to us since we cannot process returns ourselves. We will refund the full purchase price (less any shipping fees you've already paid) once the package is received. We suggest using package tracking or delivery confirmation services to protect yourself from a returned shipment being lost in transit, since we cannot refund products unless they are received back in stock.

Warranty: If the product arrives in damaged condition, return it to the above address for replacement. If you purchase a CD-ROM product, the CDs should play on any CD-ROM drive (not audio CD players or DVD players). There is a small chance the discs may not play on every CD-ROM drive ever made; if they will not play on yours, please contact us immediately.
