Niche selection- you've probably supplied more information about niche selection than I've seen anybody cover. Preplanning, what platform to use, what software do you want to use to run your membership site, generating content, running the site after you've got the content together and once you have members in there, what do you do?
You have literally covered everything that a person would want to know about in your program, and there is really no reason why anybody can't get a membership site up and running after viewing this content.
